The Office of Public Relations aims to help the University grow and raise its profile by interacting and cooperating with relevant external institutions. To this end, it signs agreements with other organizations (academic cooperation, industrial-academic cooperation, partnerships, etc.), carries out public relations operations, and seeks out resources for the University Development Fund. Moreover, it helps the University faithfully carry out its social responsibilities and mission as a higher education provider to raise its profile and establish a leading position as a prestigious university.
Operational Objectives
The Office works extremely hard to raise the status of the University by establishing cooperative systems with domestic universities, attracting development funds, engaging in academic and cultural exchange programs, promoting and advertising in the media, and by carrying out sponsored public relations events.
Core Responsibilities
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
- Manage working-level processes for MOUs
- Organize MOU signing ceremonies
- Manage data and perform comprehensive analysis for MOUs
- Advertisement
- Public relations and media advertisement
- Public relations and advertisements: TV/radio advertisements, cable TV advertisements, online advertisements, newspaper and magazine advertisements, outdoor advertisements, etc.
- Promotional events: Plan promotions to improve public awareness and image of the University
- External sponsorship: Cooperate with relevant external organizations
- Produce and distribute the Gumi Journal
- University Development Fund
- Receive and manage applications for the University Development Fund
- Promote the use of the University Development Fund
